A former Welsh and GB & I Golfer with over 30 years experience in golf. Zach has represented Europe in the the Junior Ryder Cup and Europe V Asia Pacific.

After a successful amateur career playing along alongside the worlds best golfers including Rory Mcilroy, Zach took a passion towards golf fitness.

Zach took this passion so far he went on to publish his research in a number of academic journals and achieved his PhD in Golf Strength & Conditioning.

During his fitness career Zach has had the opportunity to support over 10,000 golfers from around the world improve their fitness resulting to improving their golf.
