Are the programmes suitable for Beginners ?
The training programmes are personalised, based on your current fitness levels, golf and training goals. Zach is communicates with you inside the app and if you ever need to make the training plan easier or more difficult he will be on-hand to change the plan if needed.

What equipment do I need for the training plans?
The training programmes can be built around the equipment you have availible but please see the advise list below base on where you want to train. If you are training at home and have limited equipment please see limited equipment list. If you are training at home but have basic equipment see the list below. If you train in a gym or at home with lots of equpment see full equipment list.

Is there a contract with the monthly plan ?
There is no contract with the monthly plan. You can cancel any point please message Zach inside the app or via email at zach@zachgouldgolf.com

Do I get on-going support?
As part of the bespoke training support Zach will reach out to you every week to see how your training is going and to help you set clear goals to keep you on track. Also, you can send Zach videos of your swing and he will recommend the right exercises for you.

Do you offer face to to face training sessions?

How long do the training sessions take ?
The training sessions will take anywhere between 40-60minutes. The training sessions come with a warm up (10mins) and a main session 35-45mins. You can shorten the workouts or just focus on the mobility routines.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription inside the app. If you cannot find where to cancel please email me at zach@zachgouldgolf.com and Zach will cancel it for you.

How many training sessions do you expect me to complete each week ?
The number of training sessions will depend on your goals and the time you have availible. The plans will variy betwen 2-4 sessions per week, this will scheduled into a calendar for you and the plans will be updated every 4 weeks.

What should I do on non-training days?
Most of my clients use that time to either practice their golf or use the time for recovery and mobility sessions
